This hybrid Digital Humanities Workshop will provide a basic introduction to Tropy, a digital tool for organizing and describing archival photographs and research materials.

Join this session to learn about the use of AI tools for facilitating the development of research software. Participants will have an opportunity to learn through live demonstrations and hands-on practice with AI tools.

This virtual Digital Humanities Workshop will introduce participants to “distant reading,” a form of text analysis.

New to Zotero? Or have you been dabbling and want to improve your Zotero experience? Come by the PCL Lobby to get tailored assistance for your Zotero needs. Two Zotero-expert librarians will be on hand to assist on a first-come, first-served basis.

In this workshop, participants will learn techniques and best practices for digitizing and working with digitized materials from libraries and archives. After an initial one hour workshop, we will have librarians available for an additional hour of office hours for more in-depth consultation on attendees’ own questions or research projects.
