Introduction to OER for UT Faculty

The inclusion of Open Educational Resources in a learning environment is a fundamental way for instructors to provide their students with quality, low-cost course materials. However, locating and implementing these materials can be a daunting task. 

In this one-hour virtual training session, you’ll learn how to find and identify OER, as well as gain ideas about resource evaluation and implementation. The session will cover best practices for both OER adoption and creation, though no prior experience with OER is needed. 

This series is free and open to university faculty, graduate students, and staff, but registration is required.
