Position Title: Content Management Student Technician - Persian Cataloger

Position is subject to renewal each semester.


Work Schedule: Flexible, between 9am to 5pm


Duties: Basic cataloging for Persian material. Search OCLC (National bibliographic database) to search and transfer electronic bibliographic records to UTL local ILS. Assist with shipment preparation for outsourcing.


Required Qualifications: Currently-enrolled student in 6 or more credits at UT Austin. Reading knowledge of Persian is required. Exceptional attention to detail. Computer knowledge, and ability to work independently as well as within a group.

Working Conditions: Regular indoor working conditions.


Rate of Pay: $15.00/hour
