Why hold Library Summits?
Two very successful Summits have been held, a Library Summit was held in 2004 and a Staff Summit in 2005. The qualitative data gathered from these Summits were used in the Libraries strategic planning process and to better allocate scarce funds and staff. The next Library and Staff Summits will be convened in Fall 2010.
