Scope and Content Note

Web collection of Mexican Cooking Blogs, which were crawled by the University of Texas at San Antonio using the Internet Archive’s Archive-It web crawler beginning in 2010. Most of the collection consists of recipe blogs, but a few focus on restaurant reviews or Mexican and Tex-Mex food more broadly. Also included are links to previous web crawls preformed by the Internet Archive between 1999-2008 for selected web sites. Full text search of web collection is available at the Archive-It web site.
