Scope and Content Note

Web collection of San Antonio Restaurants' web sites, which were crawled by the University of Texas at San Antonio using the Internet Archive’s Archive-It web crawler beginning in 2010. The collection includes web sites created by local San Antonio restaurants, most--but not all--of which focus on Tex-Mex and Mexican cuisine. Also included are links to previous web crawls preformed by the Internet Archive between 1996-2008 for selected web sites. Full text search of web collection is available at the Archive-It web site.
