    <head>Historical Note</head><p>The UTSA Office of Public Affairs is the division of the Office of University Communications responsible for working with the news media. The office works with local, regional, statewide, and national news reporters.</p><p>Public Affairs produces  several publications, including the University's news Web site, <title render="italic">UTSA Today</title>, its internal email newsletter (distributed semi-monthly or as needed), <title render="italic">@UTSA</title>, and its external email newsletter (distributed quarterly to <emph render="doublequote">friends of the University</emph>), <title render="italic">UTSA Update</title>. Additionally, Public Affairs updates the UTSA information telephone hotline, 458-SNOW, as well as its arts telephone hotline (458-ARTS).</p>
