SERIES DESCRIPTION

		Series 1 History of Medicine Division: Consists of budgets and final reports, fellowships, symposium records, committee minutes, and other related documents.
		Series 2 Institute for the Medical Humanities: 2.1 NEH Seminars: Consists of seminar records, participant essays, evaluations, and letters, as well as a director's report. 2.2 IMH Activities: Consists of budget records, staff meetings, general seminar records, a self-study report and report of activities. 2.3 Humanities Courses: Consists of course syllabuses, essays, reading logs, and student evaluations of courses and professors.
		Series 3 Grants: 3.1 NEH Development Grant: Consists of annual report summaries, appendices, committee records, and budget requests. 3.2 Hogg Foundation Grant: Consists of documents relating to mental health, fellowships, and a final report.
