The William D. Seybold Anatomy Papers, (1931-1998), consist of letters, research notes, and manuscripts of publications. Also included are a diary, photographs and a scrapbook dealing with Dr. Seybold's student days at UTMB. The scrapbook contains social invitations, photographs, clippings and memorabilia. Dr. Seybold was a member of the class of 1938 and a member of the anatomy department (1938, 1951-72). The initial contribution of papers was comprised of one archival box and the scrapbook and was archived in June 1988. In 2000, another donation of papers was archived and the collection is now housed in four archival boxes for a total of 20 inches of shelf space.
