Hermann Rudenberg Biomedical Papers, (1948-1993), contain correspondence pertaining to the School of Medicine; files concerning organization and committee activities, publications and newspaper clippings; files concerning the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, including the Neurological Science and Neuroscience Graduate Programs, as well as qualifying exams; files concerning the School of Allied Health Sciences, mostly pertaining to Physical Therapy and Human Anatomy; and files of the Department of Physiology & Biophysics, including class syllabi and examinations.

Series 1 Correspondence and General Files: General correspondence files, including correspondence pertaining to the School of Medicine. Also includes files concerning organization and committee activities, publications and newspaper clippings.
Series 2 Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences: Various files concerning the school, including the Neurological Science and Neuroscience Graduate Programs, as well as qualifying exams.
Series 3 School of Allied Health Sciences: Various files concerning the school, mostly pertaining to Physical Therapy and Human Anatomy. Also includes correspondence.
Series 4 Department of Physiology & Biophysics: Departmental files, including class syllabi and examinations. Also contains files on research and other areas of interest.

Administrative Information

The papers of F. Hermann Rudenberg, Ph.D. were transferred to the Blocker History of Medicine Collections of the Moody Medical Library by Dr. Rudenberg in the summer of 1993 in several installments. The collection occupies approximately five linear feet of shelf space and is contained in seven manuscript boxes and two large archival boxes.
