COLLECTION DESCRIPTION

Letter to William Jarvis, New York concerning conditions in Corpus Christi where N. S. Jarvis is a member of the U. S. Army. Jarvis describes the city of Corpus Christi, the geographical and physical area surrounding the city. He also speculates on possible invasion plans of both the American and Mexican forces.
