Biographical Sketch

Jose Roberto Juarez was born in Laredo, Texas in 1934. Juarez has his Ph.D. in Latin American History from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.A. in Latin American Studies and a B.A. in secondary education from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas.
