Biographical Sketch

Dr. Norman D. Johns is Water Resources Scientist for National Wildlife Federation in Austin. He received undergraduate training in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Environmental Sciences from the University of Florida. He has Master's degrees from the University of Texas at Austin in Civil Engineering and the LBJ School of Public Affairs. He also earned a Ph.D. in Geography and Environment from the University of Texas at Austin.
