Standard copyright restrictions apply. The Benson Collection is unaware of a copyright holder to the images, and considers them "orphaned works."
The Ruth Linder photographs were donated to the Benson Collection by Jennifer and Matthew TerMolen, who were given them by a former neighbor, Nelle R. Groenwald, Ruth Linder's sister.
