Biographical SketchGeorge Rivera is an artist, art critic and curator. He creates "ethnograms" which consist of text-based art referencing the Chicano experience. He writes about Chicano and Mexican art. He has curated exhibitions Russia, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Spain, and throughout the United States. The collection is expected to increase significantly as more materials are acquired by the Benson Collection. The papers are currently unprocessed, but are open for research.
