Historical NoteOriginally established as the Department of Public Speaking in 1899, the College of Communication was renamed in 1979. Including the departments of Communication Sciences and Disorders, Radio-Television-Film, Advertising and Public Relations, Communication Studies, as well as the School of Journalism, the college also houses KUT-FM Radio.
