W. H. Ratliff was an attorney in Quanah, Texas, who collected articles on the railroad industry in Texas.
Two volumes containing newspaper clippings compose the W. H. Ratliff Scrapbooks, 1914-1918, documenting the railroad industry in early 20th century Texas. In addition to concerning the various railway companies, the clippings discuss the relationship between the industry and the government.
This collection is open for research use.
