Diaries and notebooks discuss weather conditions and life on the farm, including Mowinckel’s livestock and purchase of agricultural equipment and supplies. Legal documents consist of a deed for the purchase of land in Travis County as well as a military land claim, while certificates relate to property ownership and Mowinckel’s citizenship.
