Black, and a letter composes the Ike Moore Papers, 1850-1867, documenting the history of the upper Nueces region and its development by Reading Wood Black, a pioneer settler, land developer, and entrepreneur. The papers describe the establishment of San Antonio and the Republic of Texas, along with political and social affairs, during the 19th century.
