Biographical Note

Originally from Alabama, attorney Henry C. Lindsey lived and practiced law in Waco, Texas. Lindsey was also active in the Texas Confederate Home, while a son, Henry Jr., served as a drama director at Baylor University.

The H. C. Lindsey Family Papers, 1861-1944, chronicle familial and business affairs of Henry C. Lindsey and his descendants through correspondence and newspaper clippings.
