A Guide to the C. D. Jackson Narrative, 1933
In 1933, Fort Worth resident Charles D. Jackson wrote “Land Grant Graft in Texas,” which was based on material taken from his thesis “Railway Land Grants to the Texas and Pacific Railway in the State of Texas.”
Composed of the article “Land Grant Graft in Texas,” the C. D. Jackson Narrative, 1933, describes land grants of the Texas and Pacific Railway during the 1870s. The collection also includes letters sent to the Southwestern Historical Quarterly by Jackson.
