The list consists of names, ages, and estimated prices of slaves owned by Dr. W. E. Walker on his Evergreen plantation in Saint Martin Parish, Louisiana, while the legal document discusses the imprisonment of a slave owned by Hilliard in a Louisiana penitentiary.</p>
