He specialized in importing cotton from the United States to Germany. Scope and ContentsCorrespondence, financial documents, and ledgers compose the Engelbert Heiligenthal Business Records, 1922-1932, chronicling Heiligenthal’s business activities. Correspondence concerns accounts in his offices in the United States and business affairs with cotton merchants in Texas.
