			<head>Biographical Note</head>
			<p>Born to James Eubank and Mary Jane Brandsford in Barren County, Kentucky, Ann Lee Eubank (1835-1898) married Dewitt Clinton Hayslip in 1853. Around 1855, the couple moved to Williamson County, Texas, where they raised their ten children.</p>
