A Guide to the A. H. Dunlap Papers, 1935, 1942-1943
A. H. Dunlap was a Commissioner for the Pecos River Compact Commission and a member of the Texas Board of Water engineers. The Pecos River Compact Commission administers the Pecos River Compact, an agreement between New Mexico and Texas, to ensure Texas receives water from the Pecos River.

Meeting minutes and printed addresses comprise the A. H. Dunlap Papers, 1935, 1942-1943, documenting Dunlap’s career as Commissioner of the Pecos River Compact Commission. Addresses discuss ground water resources in Texas (1935) and irrigation experiments in guayule production in West Texas (1942). Also included are minutes and proceedings of the Pecos River Compact Commission (1943), and surveys and plat maps of various Texas and New Mexico valleys and counties.
