A Guide to the Bandera County Old Settlers Association Minute Book, [ca. 1924-1926]
Established on January 26, 1924, the Bandera County Old Settlers Association organized a homecoming celebration in Bandera, Texas, between July 4 and 5 of that same year. The homecoming honored Bandera County’s original extant settlers dispersed throughout the United States.

The Bandera County Old Settlers Association Minute Book, [ca. 1924-1926], documents the meetings of the association and contains the names, ages, and some biographical information on former and current residents of Bandera County. Additionally, it includes notes on plans for the July 1924 homecoming celebration, especially arrangements for entertainment and food.
