<p>Composed of audiocassettes and a transcript, the Women’s Studies Research Seminar
Oral History Collection, 1991-1992, documents numerous lectures and panel
discussions regarding feminist theory and women’s issues, primarily concerning the
United States, sponsored by the University of Texas at Austin’s Department of Women
Studies from Fall 1991 through Fall 1992. Speakers on the audiotapes, such as Teresa
Brennan, Ada C. Anderson, Carole Holahan, and Robert Hopper, analyze teenagers and
sexuality in the media, the history of feminist publication, the depiction of women
in literature and drama, and women in various cultures, among other topics. The 1992
