A Guide to the Dr. [?] Lane Collection, 1864
Biographical NoteA native of Illinois, Dr. Lane of Goliad County, Texas, was accused of disloyalty to the Confederacy and harboring anti-Southern sentiments in 1864. Lane was indicted by attorney Frederick Wiles Faunt Le Roy (1818-1900).
