Biographical NoteIn 1948, William Morgan Hunter (1923-2003) graduated from the University of Texas Law School, where he was a member of the Chancellors Honor Society. He worked as a trial attorney for the chief counsel of the Internal Revenue Service before joining the law firm of McGinnis, Lochridge & Kilgore in Austin, Texas, where he worked from 1951 until his retirement in 1993.
