A Guide to the Morgan Hunter Oral History Collection, 1991
In 1948, William Morgan Hunter (1923-2003) graduated from the University of Texas Law School, where he was a member of the Chancellors Honor Society. He worked as a trial attorney for the chief counsel of the Internal Revenue Service before joining the law firm of McGinnis, Lochridge & Kilgore in Austin, Texas, where he worked from 1951 until his retirement in 1993.

The Morgan Hunter Oral History Collection, 1991, comprises two audiocassettes containing an interview of Hunter by Barbara Griffiths about Hunter’s life and legal career. The discussion focuses on his experiences with the law firm McGinnis, Lochridge & Kilgore in Austin, Texas, during the second half of the 20th century.
