			<p>The <emph render="italic">Texas versus Van Millican</emph> Report, 1910, contains the
				stenographer’s report from the trial of African-American Van Millican for the murder
				of Euro-American Sidney H. Barker. Presided over by Judge Edward R. Sinks at the
				21st District Court of Burleson County, Texas, in December 1910, the report includes
				testimony of witnesses, including members of the Barker and Sims families and local
				police officials, as well as a certification from the stenographer, Theo G.
				Eisenlohr.</p>
