A. Thompson, contains traffic census information, demographic statistics, and descriptions of projects with associated costs, while the second report written by John B. Hawley and S. W. Freese, Eagle Mountain and Bridgeport Dams (1929), outlines financial and logistical plans for the control and improvement of dams in Tarrant County. Finally, a third report by E. P. Arneson, Tarrant County Texas Proposed Plan for State Highways (1935), includes maps, budgets, and project plans for the creation of highways in the greater Fort Worth-area.
