The first report, An Engineer’s Report to the Highway Committee of the Association of Commerce on the Proposed Reconstruction and Improvement of State Highways in Tarrant County, Texas (1928), prepared by R. A. Thompson, contains traffic census information, demographic statistics, and descriptions of projects with associated costs, while the second report written by John B. Hawley and S. W.
