Rochester Records, 1918-1920, 1940, documenting court-martial activities within the Headquarters Southern Department (War Department) and Headquarters Eighth Corps Area, Fort Sam Houston, Texas.  Collected by Rochester, the records (1918-1920) relate to military court-martial orders including charges, pleas, findings, specifications, and sentences.  Also included is a 1940 legal research manual for the Texas State-wide Records Project, supervised by E. P. Rochester. </p>
