Scope and Contents

Consisting of correspondence, reports, bulletins, a map, newspaper clippings, and photographs, the John J. Ledbetter Papers, 1950-1958, document Ledbetter’s involvement in the Arkansas-White-Red Basins Interagency Committee (AWRBIAC) and the Red River Compact Commission during the 1950s.
