Historical Note

These lantern slides were transferred to the Photograph Collection from filing cabinets in SRH 2.324. They may have been created at a later date than the images in them.


Scope and Contents

Collection consists of lantern slides of University of Texas at Austin campus buildings and scenes. Included are images of the construction of Hogg Auditorium, Old Main, Geology Building, Gregory Gym, a view of the capitol from Old Main, Benedict Hall, student groups on campus, and other buildings under construction.
