Biographical Note

The Cagle Family, originally from the Carolinas, settled in Bartlett, Texas on the Williamson County-Bell County line around 1870 after leaving Mountianview, Arkansas. They were responsible for a cottonseed oil mill as well as real estate and mercantile ventures.
