<p>At the June 1994 Air Force Public Affairs Alumni Association conference in San

priority. As part of that effort, an Oral History Program was proposed to collect
first-person accounts of the evolution of public affairs in the USAF. The AFPAAA
Oral History Program accumulates and preserves first-person historical accounts of
public affairs events, activities, and related periods in the lives of selected
