		  was created and produced by Matthew Naythons, Robert McNeely and David Hume
		  Kennerly and contains photographs by Kennerly, McNeely, Peter Souza and a team
		  of America’s leading photojournalists and amateur photographers. </p>

		  Bush, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton, and Lynn and Dick Cheney. The crowds
