A Guide to the Stanley J. Ellingsen World War II Photographic Collection
Stanley J. Ellingsen was in the U. S. Army Air Corps and served in Europe and North Africa in World War II.
Collection consists mainly of images of troops and individual soldiers in unidentified places, military aircraft, and scenic views. It includes several photographs of Dwight Eisenhower and Franklin Roosevelt reviewing the troops in North Africa in January of 1943.
