Biographical NoteDavid Houston Doom was a prominent Austin attorney and judge; his wife Nellie Horne Doom was active in Austin city affairs and a supporter of equal rights for women. Scope and ContentsThe collection consists of family photographs and photographs of friends of the Dooms as well as some unidentified photographs and houses. Also included are a clipping and an obituary for Mrs. Doom (3/16/1948) and the guest book from the Dooms' wedding in 1896. RestrictionsAccess RestrictionsUnrestricted access.
