		<head>Biographical Note</head><p>Born in Kansas in 1905, Glenn Dooley
		  moved with his family to Texas in 1910. He taught chemistry in various
		  universities and colleges until his retirement in 1970. In addition to teaching
		  he was involved in genealogy, which led to his interest in county courthouses
		  and other places of historical importance.</p>
