These 8 x 10 prints portray both events
and persons of importance, many related to transportation. Among the people are
Charles Lindbergh, Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Harvey Firestone, and Herbert
Hoover; conveyances include a blimp, two planes refueling in mid-air, a
“railplane,” a model airport, and a ship being taken overland from one body of
water to another. Also included are images of the White House, the Amelia
Earhart monument in England, and earthquake damage in Italy and Puerto Rico.
