Thomas F. Stipp was the geologist in charge of exploration for the Richfield Oil Company of California in 1930.
Scope and Contents
The report was the result of an October 1929 examination of the Colorado River Delta at the head of the Gulf of California by Stipp. It was published in the April 1930 Oil Bulletin.
