Mike Campbell was the long-time assistant football coach and defensive coordinator to Darrell K. Royal. In the 1980s and early 1990s, Campbell served as the director of the Texas Longhorn Education Foundation.

Correspondence, minutes, financial reports, and oversize color photographs comprise the Mike Campbell papers. The files relate primarily to Campbell’s service as director of the Texas Longhorn Education Foundation, ca. 1980-1996. The papers include six color photographs that hung on his office wall, depicting Memorial Stadium, Jamail Swim Center, Disch-Falk Field, Littlefield Fountain and University of Texas Tower, Frank Erwin Center, and the UT seal on the gates leading into Memorial Stadium.
