A Guide to the Charles H. Noyes Family Album, ca. 1910-1920
Charles H. Noyes (1895-1917) grew up on the Noyes Ranch near Menard, Texas, and later moved to Ballinger, Texas. He planned a career as a rancher but died due to a fall from his horse in 1917. A statue of him stands on the courthouse lawn in Ballinger.
Album containing 83 black and white photographic prints of Charles Noyes (1895-1917), Noyes family, Charles Noyes Monument, and the Noyes Ranch near Ballinger, Texas. Also included are photographs of the family home, the Alta Vista Hotel, pier and causeway in Corpus Christi, Texas.
