		Galveston. Papers consist of a draft of indenture, April 1855, between David
		Ayers and David Theodore Ayers to retire the debts of David Ayers; and a
		deposition by David Ayers, April 13, 1855, in his court suit against the estate
		of Henry Hubbell for recovery of debts. </abstract>
