Bert Crews was a member of the late 1970’s Austin, Texas punk band, Reversible Cords (known as the Re*Cords). Fellow band members included Doug McAninch, Tom Huckabee, and Lin (Lynn) Miller.

 Scope and Contents:

Collection contains concert handbills and posters, photographs, clippings, tickets, and issues of punk music fanzines, <emph render="italic">Sluggo</emph> and <emph render="italic">Austin Vanguard</emph>. The bulk of the collection documents local Austin punk band, the Reversible Cords (known as the Re*Cords). Other bands represented are the Huns and the Chickadiesels.
