Sketch and production notes by Art Anderson for the cover of Walter P. Webb's book More Water for Texas: The Problem and the Plan, under the working title Water, Water: A Texas Sized Blessing. The sketch may have been used for a serialized version that ran in the Austin Statesman. The sketch depicts Austin, Texas and the lower Colorado River system and dams.
