Denzil Skinner had a long career in public facility management. He was the originator of the Facility Management Group, Inc., to provide private management for multiple purpose assembly facilities. Skinner had a role in developing and negotiating the contractual agreement for the private management of the Superdome between his company and the Louisiana state government. Skinner also was involved with the Ticketmaster Corporation.
