		facilities. Skinner had a role in developing and negotiating the contractual
		agreement for the private management of the 
		<corpname encodinganalog="710" source="lcnaf">Superdome</corpname>
		between his company and the 
		<geogname encodinganalog="651" source="lcnaf">Louisiana</geogname> state
		government. Skinner also was involved with the 
		<corpname encodinganalog="710" source="lcnaf">Ticketmaster
